Adult Volunteer Forms

Thank you for your willingness to serve at Summer Camp this year! Your time at Camp Brethren Heights is guaranteed to be a life-changing experience–both for you and for the campers you will be serving.

 

Please follow the steps below to complete your sign up process.

This documentation allows CBH to maintain its license with the state of Michigan.

STAFF REGISTRATION

All volunteers are required to complete a staff registration form each year, even if you’ve volunteered before, as some information may change over time. Please click below to fill out the form electronically.

REFERENCE LIST

As noted in the registration form, any volunteer who did not serve last year is required to provide three references. Please download the form, fill in your name and staff position, and share it with each of the references listed on your application. All completed forms must be submitted prior to your arrival at camp.

CENTRAL REGISTRY CLEARANCE

This online application is required for all volunteers who did not serve last year. 

 

This form must be completed at least two weeks before you arrive at camp.
